Do I have to have an account with you to earn points?

• Yes, by logging into your account, that's where you will see how many points you have accumulated.
• We would also need to be able to track how much was earned, spent, as well as an account the points is associated with.

Can I use my points on my secondary account?

• No, simply because our system will not allow transferring of points. Therefore, you must be logged into the account, to which you would want to accumulate and use the points from.

How can I redeem my points?

• To redeem your points, follow the following steps:
  > Log into your account.
  > Add items into your shopping cart.
  > Go to the "Checkout" Page.
  > Select the amount of points you wish to use.
  > Click "Submit" and a new total will appear.

Can I cash them out for real money?

• No. The points have no cash value and can only be redeemed on our website for products.

Do I get points for referring a friend?

• Yes! A unique referral link is provided to you once an account has been made with us. You can share or provide them with the link directly with your family/friends .
  Once they sign up and complete their first purchase, you will be rewarded.
• If your family/friend visit our store with your referral link, they will automatically get a 5% off voucher to apply on their first order.

• The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion.  We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Program Terms, our FAQs, and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.
